The project was conceived from a special feature: a very big house for just one permanent inhabitant. That is the reason why we thought of a box, in human scale where private activities took place. The rest of the house could be lived according to the needs. The main bedroom and studio are located in the box. It should have the best orientation and views. With this box clearly separated from the rest of the house, located in the highest level allowed, we have a lake sight and much privacy.
