The proposal was based on leading "the green to the river" towards the edges of the Main Square, creating the Civic Centre frame.The surrounding buildings preserve a historical value to the city, located beyond the river canal, and bring a brick scenario.The project is developed in two levels, with a possible future growth by adding a level in between, without modifying architecture or facilities. It offers a public main access, glass wall with clean views, and another semipublic floor with private offices contained by brick base. In sum, we look forward to design an emblematic building which represents community feelings.
