On March 17th, 1992, irrational violence from some people, generated a new wound on the comunity. In a global and multicultural world, annihilation side is unfolded. Mankind is the receiver of this ignorance towards others and yet waits for an answer. The shaken city awaits for years with an empty space, the same one that hurts us while we walk along Arroyo Street. Today is possible to reopen in this place, a space full of life and memory as well.
