This summer house was conceived starting on some premises that were established by the client: low cost, few maintenance, and the most important condition, few openings because the house would remain alone most of the time. These were the reasons why we designed some mobile closing panels that enable us to have a wide open house when it is inhabit, and on the other hand, a completly shut one when nobody lives there. The position of the house was decided in order to get the best orientation, gain as much ground as possible and generate a good dialogue whith the neighbour house, the only one in the whole block.
