This building consists of three areas for Sancor Insurance Companies. Although each area have administrative and functional autonomy, they are totally related to one another. These three sectors contain special features for each working area, and they are organized based on hierarchies. Furthermore, they were thought as flexible spaces considering the possibility of future changes in their use.Central areas are the stracture of the project and consist on functions that satisfy the whole building needs.
