This project has initially two approaches: one extrinsic, foreign, urban, another intrinsic, internal and architectural spatial. Both are valid and equally important. Our Institute aims to respond to the triple set as condition of a public institution; exempt building and contemporary building to the bicentennial. Its emptiness rises, expands and relates to the outside in some strategic points. These incisions lead not only quality but also the void volume.
