The project is developed in a narrow area of the town of Canet de Berenguer Valencia . The idea of this house arises from the possibility of occupying the entire width of the terrain to the main spaces. Thus, a central tower containing the wet core and circulation which embraces it at half levels, dividing the program into two areas: bedrooms at the front part, and social areas into the block.
