According requirements of Project: large amount of built-up area (around 120.000 sqm) but 100 m high, we decide to create a project based on the idea of a "Tri-Tower". This innovative configuration for this high rise building has its own roots on similar configurations easy to find on most of natural species. Similarly what nature use to do, in order to save energy and constructive material, main idea of Tai Da Times Plaza F.C. is to create an architectural form with a maximum surface but with a minimum volume also.
