The proposal integrates the Bus Terminal with the context, with special emphasis on Barrio 31 and new developments under progress, creating a 50,000 m² public park. The burial of the entrances and exits of Omnibus is proposed to eliminate an Urban barrier that will allow a real integration between Barrio 31 and the Park. The project covers sustainability, seeking the efficient use of natural light and plant cover to regulate the temperature. In addition, it will have a hotel and convention center, an e-commerce center and coworking offices.
